Connected Community of Healthcare Leaders
For this group, we are creating a virtual collaborative space where the leaders can work together on Person Centered Health and share their actions, ideas, thoughts and experiences.
12 Sessions... Informing 100,000
The leaders will attend a monthly session where the participants will share their actions and their results, and empower other with the knowledge, examples and 'instructions' on how to enable Person Centered Health.

Over the past few years, political and medical leaders have sounded the alarm. Various groups and committees have been created and have tried to enable change and make progress.
